If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please send me a message and we can work out an exchange or return. Exchanges/Return labels will not be covered by Aly's Floral Reeds unless the product was damaged during shipping.
Exchanges or Refunds will be available within 14 days of receiving your product. If the product was damaged during shipping, please send an email with a photo of the damaged product and I will be happy to assist you!
